Jungle Tumble Rules of Play
  • All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18+) who must remain within the building. Children should be supervised at all times during their visit, they should also be supervised when visiting the toilets. Jungle Tumble does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.

  • The Jungle Tumble team supervise the play equipment and help maximise your children’s enjoyment from the play experience, they are not however a replacement for parental supervision.

  • Height restrictions vary dependent on the play zone our visitors are using and have been put in place for the safety and enjoyment of all children.

  • In the interest of hygiene, SOCKS MUST be worn by all adults and children who wish to enter
    the play frame and shoes must be removed before entering the play area.

  • As we are not increasing our prices during peak times, these times may become very busy so play will be limited to a maximum of two hours. 

  • Food (including crisps, sweets, chewing gum) and drinks not allowed on play equipment.

  • Jewellery, belts, watches and other items with sharp edges should not be worn when playing on equipment.

  • Please note that ONLY food and drink purchased within the centre can be consumed on the
    premises. We are happy for you to bring in baby food or food for children who have special
    dietary requirements.

  • Parents/Guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given for the safety of children using the play centre, Jungle Tumble cannot be held responsible for accidents, which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment.

  • In order for us to provide appropriate assistance and minimise the potential of a situation reoccurring, please be sure to report all accidents to a member of staff. Accidents will be logged and are an essential part of our ongoing safety audits.

Jungle Tumble Party Terms and Conditions
  • A Non refundable deposit of £50 to be paid in order to book a soft play party.

  • Numbers confirmed prior to the party will be the number charged for unless extra kids are added after that date or on the day of the party.

  • Any food allergies must be confirmed prior to party.

  • Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the date of the party will forfeit the deposit.

  • Jungle Tumble will not be held responsible for any items left behind or unattended.

  • We will endeavour to fulfil all special requirements and additional bookable extras, however if any problems should occur we will contact you immediately.
