Covid Policy and Information​

 

It's been a tough time for everyone recently and while we are thrilled to open, we can only do so if everyone plays safely. We are running sessions to allow for additional cleaning throughout the day and please rest assured everything has been done to ensure the play cafe is spotless ahead of your arrival.

One lucky aspect of this is that the play cafe has been shut since January so the risk of the virus entering the building is minimal. 

​

We have a strict Test and Protect system in place and if you don't adhere to it you will be refused entry.

Covid Risk Assessment

A full Covid Risk Assessment will be available in the soft play if you wish to see it, for your peace of mind. Please ask a member of staff for more details.

Sessions

​

We are running sessions, so please don't arrive early for your session as we need to allow for time for the previous session to end and for those people attending to safely leave the building. 

​

A £5 deposit is required to book your place - numbers are limited as we have removed some seating from the venue and this deposit will be used against your child's entry and any other purchases in the cafe. If you have money remaining before you leave we will refund you there and then. 

​

If you wish to attend with someone outwith your household, please add them to your booking - the number of tickets are limited so if you don't then they may miss out on their place. Please be mindful of current social distancing and group-meeting guidelines.

Walk-ins

​

Online booking is recommended, however walk-ins are still available, as long as there is space available. If the sessions are full we won't be able to permit entry unfortunately.
